EFNJ Salutes Walter Baker
The Epilepsy Foundation of NJ's History of Epilepsy in America Project (HEAP) Advisory Board celebrated Walter Baker's 100th birthday at a dinner last month. Walter, a Montgomery Township historian and former sanitarian at the New Jersey Village for Epilepstics's successor institution, received a brass plate inscribed "The Walter C. Baker Room". It is hoped that the plate will be affixed at a museum on epilepsy in Montgomery one day. Walter will also be a special guest at the Annual Awards Ceremony on September 23rd.
